How to reserve the Parish Hall for Functions

Parish Hall available for Functions

Planning a prewedding, birthday or anniversary celebration? Our parish hall is available for functions most Saturdays. Our hall can easily accomodate 150+ guests and comes with about 20 sturdy but light weight tables and about 100 chairs. We have a complete kitchen with 2 stoves, ample parking and easy access to routes 128, 95, 93 and 24. (Click on Where We Are for directions.)

This is the 2007 price schedule
$655 Donation for Hall from 4pm - 1am (ALL functions must end by 1am)
$100 Security deposit
$175 Cleaning Fee (minimum charge $75)

$930 Total (with no alchol)
Add $50 for a one day alcohol permit
and $40 for a permit inspection fee if you wish to serve alcohol.
Please make your reservation at least 30 days in advance to assure enough time to process your permit request.

Please Bring The Following When Making A Reservation
Your Driver's License

A $275 personal check ($365 if you wish to serve alcohol)- this deposit will hold your reservation

*If you wish to serve alcohol a one day permit is required by the Town of Canton.
**Effective November 5, 2005, State law requires that the premises pass inspection by the building inspector prior to a one day special alcohol permit being issued.

We handle the application paperwork for you.

NOTE: Effective July 27, 2004 Alcohol can only be served between 6pm and 12:30am.

Applications for the Hall are accepted Sundays noon till 1pm in the parish office. Please call in advance to make an appointment.

Dates, donations, fees and deposits are subject to change at any time and without notice. Other conditions, restrictions and terms apply. Always consume alcohol wisely and never if you are under age.
